You can change the intervals???

Every alarm clock I have ever had in my life had 9 minute intervals, I don’t know why its 9, but it always is

 

I gave up on the snooze button. Now I have my cell phone downstairs so I have to walk down to turn it off. Then I have no excuse not to keep my azz up and go about my business. I make an excuse, though

I would do something similar…I would put the alarm on the dresser so there’s no rolling over to turn it off. I’d have to actually get up to turn it off. If it was REALLY important that I get up I’d drink two glasses of water before going to bed, that way when the alarm goes off, nothing better be in my way for getting to the bathroom. All that walking gets the blood circulating and next thing you know, I’m awake.

Same here. I drink water before bed and have an alarma at a nonrollover distance BUT…

now I either sleep through them or ignore them until they give up and shut off themselves.

I tried once to change the intervals, lol…then I got lazy and that’s where the “timer after alarm” practice of waking up came in…
