We cordially invite you to a practical workshop entitled "Power hierarchies and creating a safe environment at universities," which will focus on how to ensure a safe and respectful environment for students, teachers, and other university staff.

Together, we will address topics such as:

manifestations of sexualized and gender-based violence,prevention of inappropriate behavior in an academic environment,options for support and response in situations where inappropriate behavior occurs.The workshop will provide a space for sharing experiences, discussion, and working with specific case studies that will help to better understand the power dynamics in the university environment.
