Structural insights guiding the design of a vaccine candidate against Otitis Media pathogens
Otitis media is a common childhood infection, caused predominantly by different bacteria, including Moraxella catarrhalis, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilis influenzae. Results on work conjugating an oligosaccharide antigen from Moraxella catarrhalis and protein antigen from Haemophilis influenze into a single vaccine candidate and its ability to invoke immune response will be presented.
